LEAFCONN is general term for Flexible Flat Cable by TOTOKU

Leafconn is a connecting lead wire best suited for internal wirings of electronic apparatus.

It is used for connectors between circuit boards and for connectors of circuit boards to electronic parts in electronic apparatus such as printers, copying machine, stereo players, TV sets, video tape recorders, telephone sets, etc. it is highly economical and reliable.

  • Has excellent economic efficiency compared to Flexible Print Circuit (FPC) because using PET Film
  • Highly flexible, and durable against repeated bending
  • Various length and number of conductors available by request
  • Since the cable itself can also be used as the connector contact
  • As the rectangular conductor is better in heat radiation than the round one, current capacity can made greater per given sectional area
  • It can be used in any bent form
  • Saving the wiring space, it increases the packaging density

  • High wire-connecting finepitch (below 0.5mm) reliability without producing whiskers
